Best Trip Ever

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on National Geographic Sea Bird

I had never been on a cruise and am delighted that the Lindblad/NatGeo trip on Seabird was my first. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone who worked on the cruise was amazing. Each person made me feel like I was the most important person on the boat. The food was like eating at a five star restaurant. The outings, which were included were great! I almost got to pat a gray whale ...

We had been told it was for adults only and that you didnt have to Dress for dinner! Also it was an expedition boat so that we could go onto the land and I also wanted to kayak so I thought we would get some exercise. I also enjoyed the spa and the staff there were spectacular however I only discovered the hairdresser on the last day! I looked at the cabin and it seemed spacious as did the ...

Disappointing/inexperienced expedition staff

I found the round trip disappointing. The first 4 days (Punta Arenas to Ushuaia) are beautiful because of the route. The second part (Ushuaia-Punta Arenas), two days at anker in a bay and almost a full night cruising the channel in front of Ushuaia. The crew of the ship is really good, especially the ones that take care of the rooms and the bar. The restaurant staff is over the top in ...

We did the 2 day pre-cruise and 1 night post cruise stay at the JW Marriott in Quito. Our experience upon arrival at the Quito airport through being dropped off at the end of the trip was outstanding-taken care of every step of the way! We enjoyed a tour of Quito and visited the equator. Meals were included. There was a charter flight to take us to the Galapagos from Quito. The ship, ...

Exciting exotic location way, way, way, way off the beaten path. The opportunity to explore and learn, while staging from an amazingly comfortable and luxurious base with exceptional tour guides was unbeatable. Each and every member of the crew was personable and accommodating. The expedition leaders were extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about their work. Simply having the ...

Awesome - First Class Experience

Review for a Antarctica Cruise on Viking Polaris

First of all, the destination itself is an incredible adventure, with wildlife seen every day and breathtaking scenery. While we have been on many cruises, this was our first on Viking, and will not be our last. Food and service were excellent - as was the ship itself. Note that an Antarctica cruise is way different from the typical, as there are no "ports", no cities to visit. Every ...

We are just back from our breathtaking trip with this amazing company and ship from Antarctica. The Maturalists and the whole Crew were kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every moment. The cabins are very comfortable and well organized. Clean and you get a water bottle so nobody waste plastic. The base camp is easy to get in and off the ship for the excursions. The polar plunge ...

Oh My God, what a trip. This was our first time on a Lindblad expedition and definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about our trip to Antarctica on the National Geographic Resolution. A top notch ship with a top notch crew and staff. The ship was out of this world with comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and very educational excursions and lectures. We ...
