Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

Picked this cruise because I could only leave for 2 nights and i was within driving distance of the boat. Wasnt interested in Nausau, therefore the boat was what i wanted to check out. I knew it was going to be worn and i knew it was sold out. It ended up being a drunken booze fest with no one interested in looking decent. Didnt know before this how many people you could fit into a hot tub with ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Epic

My family and I just returned back from a recent cruise on Norwegian Epic. We have sailed multiple times on other cruise lines including Disney and Royal Caribbean. This was by far my worst cruise experience and will definitely be my last on Norwegian cruise lines. My mother whom had traveled on Norwegian four previous times said she would no longer sail with Norwegian either because of this ...

Avoid MSC. Not Good!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seaside

The ship is beautiful, but that's about it. Don't be lured by the pretty pictures and attractive pricing. The only way I would ever sail on this ship again is if it's sold to either Norwegian or RCI. The staff are all either rude, incompetent, or just plain stupid. It's like they have had ZERO training. The buffet is a complete nightmare with no order or directions. The other guests ...

We wanted a quick little get away, we love to cruise and have been for many years. We took a 7 day Celebrity cruise about six years ago and thought it was wonderful. We hoped this would be the same due to the companies reputation but could not be more disappointed. We took an Aqua Class Stateroom with balcony which was small and cramped especially the bathroom, whenever you took a shower ...

Terrible Food

We had heard good things about Norwegian and wanted to give them a try. We were disappointed. The food was terrible and it was impossible to get into the smaller shows. One night I ordered what was supposed to be a hot appetizer and it came out stone cold. Food had no flavor. At the pub they serve your food in a metal basket sitting on a piece of paper which made it impossible to use a knife. We ...

Horrible Experience

Review for a Cuba Cruise on Norwegian Sun

Let me preface this review by stating that we have taken many cruises, on Princess as well as Carnival and have never had an unpleasant experience, until now, on Norwegian. When we choose to spend our hard-earned money on a cruise vacation, that price includes not only the monetary cost of the trip, but the use of valuable vacation days as well as the travel costs incurred to arrive at the ...

I choose this cruise because of the destination and the pictures on the web. However, I quickly found out that this boat was not at all how it looked on the site. The paint was peeling on the wall of the boat inside and out. Crew was painting areas of the boat throughout the trip. The boat had nothing exciting to do. The arcade only had 4 games. It was the size of a closet. The pool was over run ...

(Just cruised eastern half) Planned this cruise to celebrate my husband's retirement. Thought it would be a spectacular start. This was our fourth cruise, fourth cruise line. Never had a complaint before. Can't believe how horrible this was. The good: Embarkation was incredibly smooth. Went early to escape the crowds waiting at the hotel. Figured we'd rather wait in a long line at ...

We took this cruise for our sons spring break. We brought our family...two 17 year olds, 16, 14 11 and 8 year olds. The 8 and 11 year olds were bored out of their minds. Kids activities are few and far between. Nothing is open!! They advertise bumper cars and roller skating but fail to mention that it is only open for an hour a day. You have to pay extra for everything or carry a stupid cup around ...

Epic failure

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Epic

Took family to see the Caribbean. Returned from our seven day cruise on the Norwegian Epic Saturday and it was truly an epic failure. Right from the beginning it was off to a bad start and it never recovered. We were hours late boarding and not one offer of an apology or explanation. The ship could have been so majestic but it really isn’t taken care of. It’s filthy and things are broken and ...
