Many many misses…a few hits

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Divina

Saw this cruise advertised for a pretty cheap Nassau and Ocean Cay 4 night trip. All in all with excursions, drink package and room upgrade we were in for about $1400. Right off the bat not the best deal looking back on it. The issues started with joining Voyager Club…to this day and after multiple calls, emails and speaking to the ship my Voyager Club is still not active, they keep sending ...

MSC Cruzeiros Brasil Last March 28th, me and my husband embarked in a so-called mini cruise of 3 nights out of Santos, Brasil. Our cabin was located in Deck 13. Due to Covid issues, we were granted a USD 100 onboard credit. Together with the cruise, we paid for a beverage package. We were expecting an outstanding cruise but out overall experience was very much disappointing. During ...

Great get away

Just needed to get away from this crazy world. I chose MSC cruis line because they were offering a great price for a four day cruise. Booking was very easy. Arrived at the port to see that it was a very large ship. Entered the ship to find a lot of employees eager to assist you. I have cruised quite a few times, but I have never been on a ship where all the employees go out of there way to make ...

Fantastic Girls Cruise

Just got back from a four-night girls' cruise on the MSC Meraviglia! We had a fantastic time! Lots of great food and the drinks were flowing. The pizza by the pool was awesome! I wish it had been on the menu (if it was, I didn't see it). They also excel in their excellent bread. All of the food was exceptional. Never had anything I disliked. All of the cruise staff were extremely professional and ...

Well...where do I begin? This was our second sailing on MSC, as we had previously sailed on the MSC Seaside (Mar.07-14, 2020), ending on the day the pandemic cancelled all future cruising(great timing for us). This time (1130am), as we arrived at Port of Miami in a taxi, we were directed by the longshoremen, to drop off our luggage and get them tagged with Yacht Club tags, and then to head to ...

We have cruised Carnival, RC and Holland before but decided to try MSC this time. Was just a mother and son (teenager) trip. We agreed that this was the most beautiful ship we have ever been on and the beauty was easy to appreciate since we only had 3400 passengers on board. Our balcony stateroom was fine with a "Ninja" cabin steward. We liked the international mix of guests and upbeat staff. The ...

Price was right. The ship is amazing! The staff stepped up where they could, given current Covid related restrictions.

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Grandiosa

MSC was one of the few options for a Mediterranean cruise this time of year and during the pandemic. We were grateful to be able to go, and at a reasonable price. We knew it would not have all of the "wow" factor because of health and regulatory restrictions, but the staff made up for that, especially the team in the Purple Crab. They focused on what they could control, providing the best ...

Arrived port check-in 08.35 (our allocated check-in time 09.00). Well organised, but all rather laborious (Covid vaccination certs, PCR test certs, Passports, Photo ID, make copies of various certs). Once on board some of the staff seemed a little uncertain. Had to join a very slow moving queue for Reception as my photo ID had failed to transfer to my boarding card. Arrived at our Aurea balcony ...

First MSC Cruise and not Disappointed

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seashore

Prior to our trip I read lots of reviews. People often write reviews because they had a really bad experience or a really good experience. We wanted to share with you what worked for us in hopes that maybe it will enhance your trip. Keep in mind, week prior was 3,000 aboard, we were at 1700 and the week following is now at 2,000. We cruised March 26, Western Caribbean. Embarkation – MSC ...

Great Cruise ship is spotless and the crew were very helpful and friendly

The price for the cruise and the fact that it stopped at ocean cay were the main reasons for selecting this cruise. The embarkation was a breeze. Arrived at the cruise terminal 11:15 and was on the ship eating in the buffet 11:45. The food in the buffet was good even the deserts had flavor. This is a 5600 passenger ship. This cruise had 1700 passengers and there were plenty of crew to ...
