The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

A Real Bad Experience for Someone Who Knows How Good It Could Have Been

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

If it were not for bartenders Renford Williams, Ray (from the Philippines), bar manager Mr. Franklyn, and my cabin attendant; this would have been the worst cruise I have been on with RCCL. Only these employees (especially Mr. Williams) went out of their way to make my cruise as comfortable as possible. In fact, Mr. Williams (during his breaks) attempted to find the Next Cruise employee to help me ...

This was our first cruise and we booked it to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We felt pretty close to royalty while on the ship. All members of the crew made it a point to look at us and smile and greet us when we passed each other. I am glad that we had an ocean view stateroom. We enjoyed being able to see where we were. Our Stateroom Attendant, Kuniyil, was so attentive! He always had a ...

Review of my 3rd ride with RCCL. We rode Enchantment of the seas on a 4 night cruise out of Miami. Overall it was an excellent trip. The wait staff, main dining room food and room attendants were phenomenal, as expected. While the boat is in good shape, it does show signs of age (rusty metal around stairs, worn unpainted areas around decks). Amenities on the boat are good, 4 hot tubs, 3 (REALLY ...

Everything was great from beginning to end. Every one on the ship does their job with passion and integrity. The food is quality food, not like the high-salt resort foods. The crew are always cleaning day and night. Room service is provided twice a day. The cabin was kind of small, but you never have to worry about that because the tons of activities they have on the ship make you not want ...

Food terrible. Good service. Not enough activities.

This was my first cruise so I didn't have any expectations. Upon arriving the staff was very inviting and accommodating. Luggage was brought to our room at a decent time, room was clean and neat. We immediately went to the Windjammer, and the food was very bland, not good at all! I have seen reviews where people spoke of the food not being good, I thought they were just being extra. But no, the ...

Short and sweet and good value for the money. My Aunt is a Dimond member with this Royal Caribbean. We loved the staff and how much they attended to our every need. What a cruise line to start out with. My husband and I enjoyed this. The next time I will go when its warmer the seas were rough but that is mother nature. Michelle is a excellent cruise director . We enjoyed the shows the food was ...

Chose this cruise because my older kids 21 & 19 have never been on cruise, been to miami/bahamas so this was our xmas gift. January 2018 sailing date. Left from Miami, only a 3 night cruise was to go to coco cay - however had to miss the port due to high wind and choppy waters, so it went right to nassau instead. Sad we missed coco cay however got to experience senior frogs where we absolutely ...

Food and restaurant service were sub par. I know this is a short cruise but my wife registered prior as a vegetarian and also asked for a birthday cake on our first night (my bday). Both were ignored. When a cake arrived on the last night, they sang to the wrong person at our table. There were four of us so you had a 50/50 chance at which guy had the birthday. I would think you would know us ...

We (Vicki and Steve) are Diamond C & A members, Vicki is 58 and I am 60. This was our 25 cruise with Royal Caribbean. We booked this 3 night cause to extend our Florida stay over New Years. It was a bit different because we had just sailed on the Enchantment on it’s 10/30/17 sailing. Between these two sailings, the ship had undergone a two dry dock. This being said it is difficult not to ...

We decided to do this cruise with another couple that had sailed with RC on other occasions. This was my first cruise and I was beyond excited! We left from Miami on a Tuesday. First night out the seas were rough and I almost stepped into a pile of vomit in the ladies room. Second day, our visit to CocoCay was cancelled due to foul weather. The winds were so bad that we couldn't even ...
