A Friend found the trip and asked several people to go. There were 13 of us cruising together.. I thoroughly enjoyed the time cruising the North Atlantic and visiting the ports and shore excursions. I found the excursions fun and educational. The service and dining was excellent. The food for the most part was excellent. I can't say enough about all the ship's staff. They were always ...

We chose this cruise as an alternative to the same old Caribbean/ Bahamas.... This was a fantastic cruise even though the weather was cold. It was humorous seeing everyone scramble to buy sweatshirts and jackets in Portland and bar harbor. We did the Kennebunkport excursion. We really enjoyed all of the stories and history of the area from our tour guide Dotti. It was neat to see where president ...

Check in was busy but organised. Windjammer restaurant was so full I picked up some pizza from the Cafe promenade on deck 5 and sat in the Imperial Lounge at the front of the ship until the cabins we're ready. Not many people had found this lounge. As I was on my own for this cruise, with a hand luggage case, I couldn't really go far until I got rid of my case, so annoying you cannot drop stuff ...

Cold Cruising in Canada

Main dining room food was disappointing. Windjammer restaurant food was excellent on themed nights. Service was excellent in main dining room and good in WJ. The temperatures in Maine and Canada were in the 40's and low 50's. Would suggest this cruise not be offered in early June but more like mid- June and later. Very good fitness area. Cardiovascular machines were good but a bit old. ...

My wife and I along with four friends and spouses went on the Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Sea New England/Canada seven day cruise. Our experience was great. Both the embarkment and disembarkment went extremely smooth. Our cabin was very satisfactory in size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, to our surprise. Dining was great! Every meal was an experience in itself. Food was hot ...

Adventure Of The Seas, is a beautiful ship. As residents of NY City, cruising from the NY/NJ area is very convinient to us. We have cruised other lines, but we love Royal Caribbean, therfore, Anthem of the Seas, is this ship we Cruise more. So when Royal Caribbean, brings over other ships we book them for variety. This time I loved the idea of cruising with Adventure again. Also the ...

Explorer of the Seas all over again after 10 years.

Since we enjoyed the Explorer of the Seas some time back, we felt sure we would enjoy it's sister ship, the Adventure, and we did. However since we have sailed almost every cruise line in the non deluxe category, we feel that Royal reserves the better "upscale" treatment for it's Celebrity customers. On sea days, the Schooner Bar was jam packed for trivia games. The hall ways were often crowded ...

We have been on many cruises and this was our fourth family cruise. We have two grandchildren and they have cruised the Caribbean three times, we thought that it would be nice for them to have a new experience as well as see some of our great county. We are originally from the northeast and wanted them to see New York Harbor, The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island , The Verrazano Bridge and the New ...

Great Ship for Families - Itinerary, Ports, Pricing Not So Great

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

We chose this cruise because we got a great rate for our family of 4 and we thought we would try driving Cape Liberty rather than flying to Florida. Adventure of the Seas was as advertised with plenty to keep us busy all week with great shows, water slides, kids pool, Flowrider, ice skating, etc. It was a good thing that the ship had lots to do considering our itinerary had Coco Cay cancelled and ...
