The staff everywhere on the ship were upbeat and friendly.
The ship was very clean and well maintained.
I liked my cabin.
The fresh carved meat on the buffet was not dry
The Steak and Chips in the main dining room was amazing.

Celebrity customer service needs retraining. Four to 5 different answers when calling. We lost 50% of our vacation time and the “Executive Customer Service Team” first said they wanted to make things right, but instead of giving a any refund or credit, basically said piss if we have your money too bad, as long as people keep paying us we don’t care.

The food in the main dining room was outstanding! Our cabin was a family suite. With a large veranda and was very clean and comfortable.
However the ship lacked entertainment. Not much to keep you interested during the day if you were not a drinker. Solarium and pool area were extremely crowded and not enough chairs.

We were in 11224 and 11226. We fought with ship staff all week about a raw sewage odor. In the end, they tell us all that was noted in the ships log was a "wet bathing suit" odor. The flow of the ship is a disaster. We got confused every time when we tried to get somewhere. There is a lack of signage.
