We chose this because we wanted to cruise around South America. By the time we got to our destination, Chile,they would not let us disembark so we had to travel to San Diego. this added another 15 days to the trip. We spent 31 days going around Sout America and the ship and staff were outstanding.
The Antartic ocean was very cold and we did not take enough warm cloths.
Birds and animals were outstanding.

My wife and I have become fans of Celebrity and Royal Caribbean for quite some time.

Booked this cruise because of a very attractive sale offer. Normally, most Patagonia sailings aren't round-trip from and to Buenos Aires. This one was and so had more sea days than usual. But it was still a superior itinerary compared to your typical Caribbean sailings.
