We chose this because we wanted to cruise around South America. By the time we got to our destination, Chile, they would not let us disembark so we had to travel to San Diego. this added another 15 days to the trip. Celebrity Cruise line and the staff of the Eclipse made the extra time memorable. We felt well taken care of. There were new shows and talks to keep us entertained. Celebrity made all our arrangements to fly home.Going through customs was a breeze. The captain and cruise director made this trip a pleasure. When we cruise again it will be with Celebrity. We have traveled on 4 other lines and have never been treated so well treated. We mostly ate in the buffet. The food there was good. They had an end of cruise party for us before Chile, and when that did not work out they had another end of cruise party at the actual end. Everyone was upbeat and very helpful.
