I chose the cruise because the destinations were clearly going to feature lots of natural history and animals ... and beautiful views of the Chilean fjords and Magellan channel. They didnt disappoint. Also, it seemed to have the right balance of sea to land days and I'd heard very good things about Celebrity. The entertainment was amazing and we grew very fond of the cruise director (Alejandro -- so funny and quick witted), our wait staff (great recommendations on entrees and wine), and our room attendant. We were on the cruise that was extended about 2 weeks and the staff and company went beyond generous in taking care of us and making sure we were well informed every step of the way. I'm going to look for Celebrity cruises in the future because this was so wonderful. I also loved the solarium and gym ... went there every sea day ... and indulged myself on fabulous hamburgers and the best fries I've every eaten.
