--The ship is well laid out and easy to get around.
--With the exception of the Officers' BBQ (come early!) and the White Night (come early!) it was easy enough to get a seat at any dining venue whenever you liked.

The Haven is now Heaven falling to Earth. The attention to detail is just not there, this was our 4th Haven experience. Ports of call where the reason I selected the ship. I didn't explore Barcelona as much as I would have liked due to jet lag. I didn't know that I could have selected the port to start my cruise. Had I known this, I would have started in Rome to have extra time there. This should be advertised better.

We were on the NCL Epic leaving from Barcelona I was in a group of 20 and we all felt the ship was lackluster. Embarkation: Easy, quick, no hassles. Luggage delivery was another story. I was upgraded at the last minute as the ship wasn't full and my luggage got lost. It took 3 phone calls for someone to finally respond to the situation. My luggage showed up at my cabin about 7 hours after we boarded.
