Embarkation: Easy, quick, no hassles. Luggage delivery was another story. I was upgraded at the last minute as the ship wasn't full and my luggage got lost. It took 3 phone calls for someone to finally respond to the situation. My luggage showed up at my cabin about 7 hours after we boarded.
Drinks Package: I ordered a drink package as I'm a big coffee drinker. My tumbler from the package never arrived. It took 2 days and being sent literally all over the ship to get the stupid cup. Various crew members didn't have any idea how to resolve my problem, including front desk staff and just kept sending me to other staff members who didn't know and didn't care at all.
Food: Just okay? Our dining reservations were wrong - they changed suddenly and it took almost 2 hours to fix on upon arrival. Got stuck waiting behind two very loud and entitled men who yelled at dining staff because they wanted a chef's table and the slots were full. Wouldn't take no for answer, escalated with threats and raised voices. Dining staff didn't seem to know how to handle the situation and it made the 12 people behind these two loudmouths wait for hours instead of dealing with them firmly. The buffet food started out okay but got progressively poorer as the week went on due to norovirus being on the ship. Few selections by the end and often cold. More formal dining options were generally kind of bland. Everything was way under seasoned.
Extremely comfortable bed, good view even with an obstructed balcony. The cabins are brand new so everything was working and clean.
