My wife, daughter (her 1st cruise) and we had the worst Cruise experience yet. 4 visits to guest services the 1st day. 18 people on our trip, 4 families.
1) they made us book 2 rooms for 3 people.

On boarding the ship my wife and I were shocked to find our cabin would only be serviced once a day. This was not a cheap cruise particularly when paying in Aussie $. Royal Caribbean left this to the cabin steward to try and explain. Very poor effort on behalf of the management team to leave this to the cabin attendant. Firstly let me say this, if you are above 70 you may enjoy this cruise. I must say boarding was a simple quick process even though we were not informed of our boarding time prior so we just arrived around 1 pm and once onboard we were not informed that lunch was available at the buffet so therefore we missed out.
