food - excellent at times and lacking at others.
service - staff all have smiles and want to please but seem to lack direction and management.

This was sold to us as a top of the range 5 star luxury cruise...it's not, it barley scrapes into 4 stars.
Food :- Lacked continuity, sometimes OK, Breakfast in the Terraza was pretty poor and this ship gets my vote for serving the worst breakfast coffee I have ever had in the world.

We have been onto previous cruises with Silversea on the Silver Explorer and the Silver Whisper.
We went on back-to-back Mediterranean cruises with the Silver Muse in August-September this year and were transferred from the Silver Suite 1005 on the first cruise down to Silver Suite 932 for the second cruise.
