The check in process was absolutely terrible. My husband and I were already frustrated after being stuck in traffic for over two hours, and then got to the chaos of this horrible port. Diamond Plus cruiser with RCCL, but have sailed other cruise lines. Just let me say the pre-cruise terminal experience was different and not very well organized.
