Ship wasn’t ready to sail. Customer service was horrible! Not enough seating in Eatery and Arena. Most show in Arena were rock music, sound was too loud for ears, could damage hearing in long periods of time. Huge ship, but felt so crowded. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. The ship was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant, and the customer service was outstanding. The spa was incredibly difficult to get an appointment in with their limited staff. The two exclusive restaurants were only easily accessible to those that had larger suites.
