Whilst not everything on the ship is working, deck 19, the rest of the ship is fantastic. We had a mini suite. Thd cabin is well appointed, slightly disappointing that there was no coffee machine in the cabin but as we could get fresh coffee and drinks on the lido, literally just a 1 min walk from the cabin or use ocean now delivery, so not the end of the world. The restaurants are fantastic with a great range of choice. The food quality was generally good and service top notch.

The shows are good and the princess live lounge and plaza entertainment was also great. The staff were all amazing, super friendly and helpfull. The cabin stwered was really helpfull.

My one criticism would be that the choice of food for kids is limited in the restaurants compared to MSC and P&O. If Princess are trying to attract more family cruisers they may need to think about a broader kids venue.
