Too many people, disorganized

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

The food was mostly cheap and banquet style. The steaks were thin and tough and the fish was freezer burned. If you were ok with pizza and burgers every day you would be fine, but the other dinner fair was a disappointment. Of the three shows we wanted to see 2 of them cancelled. We were really looking forward to seeing Cats but one of the actors was injured. We also went on an excursion ...

Service was terrible!

Food was cold, Dining room waiter was grossly sweating and dripping off his forehead, dropping things on a guest at our table, was not a happy person. The Matrade wasn't even friendly! The bartenders were not in a hurry to wait on you at all. The food in the Windjammer was always cold, hardly any fruit selection. Actually the food in the main dining room wasn't all that hot either. I was surprised ...

Worst customer service ever

I have cruised a dozen or more times over the years and this is absolutely the worst cruise ever. The cruise was meant to be special for us because last year I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer which had spread to my lymph system. Although a rapidly growing cancer I received aggressive chemo and radiation therapies at Moffitt Cancer Center, here in Tampa and, I am on my way to recovery, I ...

Dialysis at Sea Cruise

A Wonderful Adventure. My husband and I took his parents on the Oasis of the Seas cruise ship because the timeframe worked for us and Royal Carribean offered the Dialysis at Sea Program. My father-in-law, Ralph, wanted to go see Jamaica. We've cruised other ships before and enjoyed the experience. His dialysis days were on the days at sea. He reported the dialysis staff were warm ...

We chose to depart out of Port Canaveral. The closest port or home. The directions drivng to the pier were clear and precise. There were many employees present to assist you both on the ship and off. The food and the wait staff in the Costal Kitchen were fantastic. My only complaint would not being able to get reservations for Dine Around dining. As a suite quest there are many perks that ...

Oasis of the Seas

Oasis of the Sea is very overrated. Anytime dining is a waste, you need to get set seating or you will have to sit and wait until everyone is seated and HOPE that someone does not show up. And actually we have had to argue with the head waiter to get seated, he always claimed no room but always seemed to find a table when we did not take no for an answer. Specialty restaurants are smaller ...

RC has a long way to make Oasis of the Seas travel out of Port Canaveral

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Oasis of the Seas is a nice looking ship and getting onto the ship at Port Canaveral was very easy. Getting off the ship on the return trip was a nightmare! Departure started out okay in the meeting location, then everything went bad. We played a game of hide and seek for our luggage. Then we looked to get a porter but all were taken so we stood on the lines - this is where you get the meltdown. ...

Wonderful cruise - love Oasis of the Sea ship!

We had cruised on Oasis of the Sea before and loved it. The ship leaving Port Canaveral was the reason we booked this cruise. The ship has so amenities it is like visiting different parts of the country; ice skating, rock climbing, the Aqua Theater, so many shops and restaurants on board. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cabin was kept clean and the food is always wonderful. The ...

The Oasis is a dream ship!! Even though it was huge we found it was laid out so well that we never felt it was an excessive effort to get from one venue to another. The best thing...we never once had to walk through the casino, nor had to go up a level or down a level to avoid it. It was out of sight and out of the way. LOVELY! To be honest the island stops weren't anything spectacular but ...

Last Time Crusing never again What a waste of time and money

We chose this cruise because we were with 12 other friends and thought it would be fun. Boy I was wrong. No kidding we have been on many vacation's but this one ranked as our WORST. When booking our "Dream Vacation" we were lead to believe that if we spent extra with the Owner Suite / Sky Class we would received a private type Butler Style experience. NOT true the concierge was non existent. ...
