Oasis of the Sea is very overrated. Anytime dining is a waste, you need to get set seating or you will have to sit and wait until everyone is seated and HOPE that someone does not show up. And actually we have had to argue with the head waiter to get seated, he always claimed no room but always seemed to find a table when we did not take no for an answer. Specialty restaurants are smaller because they had to accomadate having the boardwalk which you have to pay for ice cream and hot dogs, then you have central park a waste of time, no pace to really walk around the outside of the ship, no outside movies in the evenings, Guest relations only has approximately 10 people behind the desk the help out 5400 passengers, really and all they do is apologize. Today called for room service sat on the phone for over an hour!! Yes and hour just wanted to see how long it would take to answer and they never did. Overall BAD EXPERIENCE and would NEVER cruise on this ship again. Never had a problem when cruising on Princess Lines.
Easy boarding very quick and staff very friendly
