Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Introduction: This cruise was booked 16 months prior to sailing. While it is not our first cruise, it is the first with my daughter and her husband who had no previous cruise experience. I sprang the invitation to my daughter just 6 months before the cruise. To say they were excited is an understatement. We traveled to NYC by train the day before sailing, my wife and I from Boston and my ...

Because I had to cancel the Horizon ship cruise due to being hospitalized last year I booked Sunrise.Sunrise offered same itinerary on New York port embankment. In order not to lose my money I went back on this ship formerly Triumph. I didn't like this ship appearance in 2005 and I didn't like it after being refurbished in 2019. The crew was polite, the entertainment and food was great. But ...

This was my first cruise however my parents were with us and they had been on many cruises. We were extremely disappointed as soon as we stepped on the ship. This shop had 2 tiny pools, 3 whirlpools and an over 21 area that did not mean anything. The pools were so small it was impossible to get in. There was 1 store, a tiny candy shop for kids and 1 jewelry store. Nothing at all to do. They had a ...

Chose this cruise because it left from NY. Short hour drive from our home state of RI. Prior to leaving for the trip I was concerned due to all the bad reviews. I knew going in what my expectations were and was not going to let other people's experiences ruin my good time. The cruise overall was very good, even better than expected. Embarkation was quick in NY. We were at the port about 15 ...

I went with two members of my family on this cruise near the end of August 2019. I'm late writing this review, but after a few months of thinking about our vacation, one thing became glaringly obvious: this ship is overcrowded. All my family can remember is waiting for half an hour or forty minutes on line to pick up a sandwich, which only had two people behind the counter. The buffet lines were ...

Of variety, I like the crusero, but in this one I am disenchanted, because I saw things on board that I did not like, first long line to be able to eat, in the buffet, second cockroach we found inside the dishes and rates, the air in the rooms they turned it off at night, and it was very hot, the floor of the crusero is bad, you can stumble and fall, I saw it happened to a lady, you must have the ...
