We chose this cruise because it is only cruise ship that see each island in Hawaii. Only thing is that NCL books flight and cruise for you , you are at their mercy. We arrived a few days before the cruise left to see Pearl Harbor and get a feel for the island. Just beautiful. Getting on the ship went smoothly and we had plenty of time to check out the accommodations. The buffet was very good with a large selection of food. Overall, a pleasant cruise, the highlights of which were the sail-bys of the Kilauea Volcano lava entering the sea on the Big Island, and the slow sail-by of the magnificent Na Pali coast on Kuaui; these have never been done on my previous 5 Hawaiian cruises!

We choose ncl to cruise Hawaiian islands. Ncl is your only choice to see the five islands. Shore excursions were great but definitely rent a car in Maui. Drive the road to Hana on your own. Rental car cost 50 dollars. Sun and fun snorkel In Kauai was fabulous.
