Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Prima

Chose this cruise because of the new ship which is indeed gorgeous. Understated in muted tones with blue accents. We had a balcony on 9 which was the biggest cabin I've ever had on a ship. Food at specialty dining venues was great. Was not impressed with Sushi and the main Dining Room menu which is fixed. As far as I know only one in our group of 7 was sick after the cruise - this was ...

First Time Cruising Norwegian - And Likely Not The Last!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Escape

A great trip on Norwegian Escape with my parents and sister. This was only my second time on a cruise and 1st time on Norwegian, and I am already wanting to plan another cruise. Escape is one of Norwegian's larger ships, which you'll very quickly come to realize. Took a several days to start getting used to where everything was and knowing which side of the ship to go to. Even by the last day I ...

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Holland America Rotterdam

This was the first time I have travelled with Holland America Line, I had booked a South Pacific cruise, but due to constant changes to both the itinerary and ship I requested a cancelation and refund. I was unable to cancel and get a refund but was offered a change to booking. I changed the booking to a 21 day Caribbean cruise on HAL Rotterdam. This turned out to be a B2B of two cruises. The ...

Review from a Small-Ship Cruiser but Disney Fan

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Disney Wish

We’re small ship adults-only adventure cruisers (mostly Windstar), venturing onto a huge family-oriented ship for a short cruise to essentially nowhere, was a brave step for us. But we were pleasantly surprised. Here are our thoughts: POSITIVE – STYLE AND DÉCOR – The Wish is breathtakingly beautiful from the largest detail (the ship) to the smallest detail (the artwork). The grand hall, ...

My wife and I just returned from our 11th Princess cruise departing from FTL aboard Regal Princess on January 29 for 7 nights. This is our second cruise on this ship; we last sailed on the Regal four years ago just before Covid hit. We like the overall layout of this ship and we observed it was very clean and well maintained! The onboard entertainment was excellent, both in the main theatre and ...

We chose this cruise because it had a pickleball court on the ship. Please note: It is NOT A REGULAR SIZE court, it is made for kids. The ship is beautiful! The layout very different from any other ship we have been on. There are cushions on the balcony chairs, cushions on many other outdoor chairs, several complimentary dining areas, but I was disappointed in many ways. Here were the ...

Great cruise for a quick getaway!

I was recently on a quick 4-day group cruise onboard the MSC Meraviglia and I had a great overall experience. There were plenty of different activities to keep you busy throughout the day, and lots of dining and entertainment options at night. In terms of dining, I had the opportunity to experience two speciality restaurants, the Butcher's Cut Steakhouse and Kaito Teppanyaki Restaurant & Sushi ...

First Haven Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Encore

This was our first cruise in the Haven and I will focus mainly on that with a couple of other items on the ship itself. I will start with how much we enjoyed the private Haven areas and will struggle to sail elsewhere in the future. The Haven complex feels like a small community with the entire staff knowing who you are and what you like. Having a basically private bar and concierge cannot be ...

Excellent in every way except food and dining.

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

It was an ideal four-day getaway on a beautiful ship, marred by the dining experience (food, preparation, and presentation). To give you some examples, food at the Marketplace buffet was left to sit for long periods and lost its warmth, flavor, and its attractiveness (and was not changed until almost entirely consumed). Further, food in the dining room (breakfast and dinner) should arrive at the ...
