This was an odd combination of walking and tour bus ride. Especially glad we got to see a neighborhood artists studio that was doing art therapy with disadvantaged children as well as producing block print items.

Good bus tour about town. They took us to a choir singing which ran a liitle long. We walked back to the boat as the tour wanted to return us to the boat too early.

Our guide Luisa took great pride in telling us the heritage of Cuba and was a lovely guy. Another great trip and well worth it . Cuba is a beautiful country.

Did Cienfuegos on our own. Hired Elvis and Milar who owned a dilapidated horse drawn taxi to give us a city tour. Very old run down provincial city. The Club Cienfuegos which used to be the casino was very lovely to sit and have a ... Read More

I am so glad we got to spend some time in Cienfuegos because it is not only a UNESCO World site in Cuba with unique French influences, it has a wonderful Botanical Garden, a fascinating graveyard (La Reina), and is only about an hour from Trinidad, another well-preserved colonial town that has delightful restaurants, lovely cotton tatted cloths, and opportunities for great street photography.
