The food was beyond AWFUL - by far the worst on any cruise I’ve ever been on. There was very little choice on the menus compared to Princess cruises which we are used to. We were on the MSC Vistuosa in June 2021 and stayed in a Grand Suite, the suite was enormous. This is a beautiful ship. We had 12291, which is a room on the back of the ship (balcony extended) overlooking the adults only pool. First of all we had to wait in line for more than 3 hours to onboard the cruise ship despite arriving in port at earlier than boarding time and boarding process had already begun.
