I have never been so disappointed on a cruise. I choose this cruise because of the itinerary because it had 3 nights in St. Petersburg, Russia. The ship is well worn. Choose this sailing because of the ports and the 3 day stay in St Petersberg! The cruise ran smoothly and Royal Carribean had the embankment and Disembarkment down to a science. We cruise on the average of twice a year, usually on Royal Caribbean. The staff on this cruise was one of the most dedicated and friendly of any in recent years. Our cabin attendant, Ernesto, our wait staff in the MDR and the Windjammer, and all of the bartenders were terrific.

Royal Caribbean was so disappointing this time around. The staff did not seem sympathetic to our plight of lost luggage, and assured us that we would be able to shop for clothes on our excursions. Having cruised on Azamara and Celebrity previously, we chose this cruise because of its 7 day itinerary.
The Pros:
Embarkation and debarkation were very smooth.
Our cabin attendant was great.
First night's dinner in the MDR was very good.
