Pleasantly Nice 3 Day Cruise
"As many have said it is a pretty long walk down the pier till you get out to the street so have good walking shows on.Ate the Free lunch available and this hasn’t changed much over the years and was the typical beach cookout food with burgers, hot dogs, chicken, salads and various side dishes and a very good taco bar...."Read More

Ok let me do this quick review of my cruise June 10-13 2022 on Independence of the Seas. This is my review of how I saw it and what you have seen may be totally different. I will give an A, B C, D, F grade. This is my first cruise since October 2019 pre pandemic. I have been cruising since 2008 all on Royal. Not putting my C&A status as that will not give anything extra to the review. Had a ...

A Nice Cruise with a Few Caveats

I took this cruise as part of a small conference group. The expedited check in worked great. However, if someone had never cruised before, they could find it confusing as one does not receive information other than to keep walking. Disembarkation was fine. I chose to book the $15 bus back to the airport, and we were off quickly. No concerns at all. Our group had the late dining. This is my ...

We went as part of a big group that reserved the entire ship for a 5 day cruise. This was the 6th cruise of my life so I feel I have some experience in cruising. Royal Caribbean has been a class act and they take of their ships. We left from Ft. Lauderdale with stops in Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We got to watch Superbowl LIV on the ship. The ships can carry 3,500 or more passengers, that ...

Excellent customer service, great food, and staff. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable... The windjammer staff and the main dining room staff was absolutely outstanding. They have royal babies and tots from ages 6 months to 36 months and other stuff for other age groups. Mini golf for the family to enjoy. Shows in the royal theater which I loved. They have a lot of ...

We were first time cruisers, family of 5 trip including Gran and daughters 22 & 3. The ship is lovely and cabins are clean and comfortable we were well looked after by our steward. Food in both dining room & buffet restaurant was very good with a good selection. The ports were all excellent with plenty of time in each. However as with most things on this ship Royal Caribbean only seemed ...

DISAPPOINTING

This was the only cruise out of Southampton that fitted our time slot before returning to Australia. A beautiful ship but just too overwhelming with 4,500 passengers. Absolute chaos when docking at a tender port....expect a LONG wait to get off the ship. Almost impossible to find a sun bed. Despite written notifications not to leave belongings on chairs unattended for more than 30 minutes - ...

Wow what an amazing family holiday! This was our first RCCL Cruise & we will definitely be booking again. Absolutely everything was hassle free & brilliantly organised. We ranged in ages from 76 to 7 & everyone had a blast. Our cabins were lovely & clean with connecting doors. The children adored this & loved the bible that flipped out of the ceiling. The food in the dining room & buffet ...

Arriving at Lauderdale was a breeze. Parking lot closest was full so a little extra walk to lot 19 was in order... For some reason my RCL App went from my phone to the cloud and reloading took very long time to reload. It was ok because I had the set sail passes printed as well. Check in was a breeze. We are carry on people so we had no bags to check in. My dear GF and I selected ...

I went on this cruise with adult family and we had a blast! I want to go again and take my 7 year old this time! The entertainment was absolutely amazing! We watched Greece and a Ice Show, the parade in the promenade, the promenade on this ship is awesome!, the evening themed dances lol! My brother, who is 42 and has Down syndrome, loved all the contests! He did the sexiest man contest, and got ...
