This was my third cruise with Royal Caribbean. Each has gotten progressively worse and cost more each time.
Excursions: The port of calls were short (approx 3 - 6 hours in port). If you debark the ship make sure you bring your sea pass and photo ID. Once on the pier it is like herding cats. In our first port, there were three tours assembled at the same time and no one knew where to go. ...

I wanted to try one of the mega boats as my previous experiences have been with mid-large sized boats. I've cruised with Carnival, Celebrity, HAL, NCL, Princess and RCI and have mild expectations but RCI was a terrible disappointment for food (free and specialty dining), easily worse of any cruiseline I've been on.

Other than the ship being new, modern, and clean, the rest was a big waste of money!
My biggest gripe is the kids club. THEY PUT 50 KIDS IN A SMALL SPACE WITH ONE COUNSELOR!!!
