It was our 2nd year. After the first year on this brand new ship was amazing we thought for sure the second year would be too. The service was TERRIBLE- the food decent but not like it used to be. an overall disappointment. The pool staff was rude, the decks super slippery, staff members pretending to work, The spa manager is the worst- please bring back the one you had last summer- she was fabulous. The new one is rude, doesn't smile and sets a very negative tone, the dining room used to go out of their way to make you feel special, remembering your drink orders, making the kids feel special, now asking for more dinner rolls is like asking to win the lottery- we always felt awkward asking for something- the staff always looked inconvenienced. The soda machines for the soda package were constantly out ... what the heck... we pay upfront, therefore we should not have to deal with empty machines- there are not enough soda machines.... again, we pay an upfront fee, we should not have to go all over the ship to find 1 that is working and has been re-stocked. Never enough ice... the machines were dirty..... clean them please. When I think about the service I am sad..... it used to be great.... now it's terrible....
