i choose this cruise based on friend advice ,and after checking online ,i found that the harmony of the sea is the biggest and most luxurious cruise ship ,and because its my first cruise trip ,i wanted to try the best,and idid my reservation through costco thinking i will have the best experience ever,but i had the worst experience ever,very bad coustmer service ,almost same menu every day( food and desert)

The pools are very crowded ,you cant move either ways because you will hit some body,we have to wait more than half hour at the main dining room to get our starters,one of the dining room manager humiliated us because we asked him to change our table,and if you want to have a good food you have to pay for it even in the main dining room,and on the last day morning my 8 years old daughter told me dad you wasted your mony on this trip which made me feel very bad after spending that much mony to make her happy
