We have travel on Celebrity for 24 years...3 times on the Millennium. Due to Covid and a new staff of workers, the Customer Service was awful. Decided to go to Alaska since we live 3 hours from Seattle and never cruised there but have done over 20 cruises. Other than the covid test 2 days before the cruise, it was very easy to board. The ship holds 2218 passengers and we had only 639 or 29% occupancy. It was so nice to move about the ship at ease, almost never had to wait for anything.
