Sail Date: May 2022

We have travel on Celebrity for 24 years...3 times on the Millennium. Due to Covid and a new staff of workers, the Customer Service was awful. We couldn't get WI-FI to work consistently the TV had hardly any stations and it only worked when we were at sea.....2 movie channels, ESPN1 and 2 MSNBC, BBC, BBC1, Cartoons, RedBull channel, Fox news and CNN. The movies were terrible and old. The Ship was refurbished in 2019 and that was the best thing I can say...the rooms were very nice and the other parts of the ship were also very nicely furnished.

Before boarding all passengers were told that they would be getting a Covid test prior to arrival in Canada. After about the 3rd day, everyone recieved a letter stating all passengers must arrange testing at several different places, i.e., Vancouver Airport (and you must call for an appointment) cost of 79 CAD, Fairmont Waterfront hotel 130 CAD, Pan Pacific Hotel 130 CAD or purchase your tests on board $24.50 and you have to download the NAVICA app on your phone. I'm over 70 and not much of a phone person...had to get help from another passenger to download. We could never get the app to work and we were not alone. The sad thing about the whole mess, is we were told they didn't have the Covid tests aboard and that we would rec'd them once we depart the ship. Total lie....why were they going to test everyone 3 days before porting if they didn't have the tests? We talked with ALOT of passengers that said this was their first Celebrity cruise and their LAST. So sad because we have enjoyed Celebrity Cruises.

Because of Covid, we thought if there was a Covid problem we would be close to the USA.
