I chose Celebrity because it had been recommended to me by several people as having great service and food. The food was great. The service was not. I spent 1 1/2 days at the pool and the pool-side service was almost non-existent. I chose this cruise because I understood it was a 'top of the line' cruise.. also I'm not a huge cruiser so wanted one that had previous great reviews. The ship itself is very nice and the public areas are really superior. Our booking was a Black Friday offer. The cabins were clean. Melody did his utmost to satisfy everyone. 14 cabins to clean is quite something considering the fact that it is done alone, no help whatsoever. Well done Melody. We chose this cruise for the timing and destinations. We were a group of 16 people aged 8 to 83.
With us we had 2 children with Celiac (aged 12).

Let me start by saying that we mainly cruise with Celebrity though do other lines as well. Excellent start with quick and easy embarkation in Barcelona.
