Disappointed to find overall service not as good as past celebrity cruises.The bar service in particular was very poor with surly bar staff and long waits at pool bars with no waiters to be seen . On past cruises as soon as one drink was finished a waiter would appear looking to take an order for the next one .it seems that since the introduction of drinks packages then the service has diminished.Most of the entertainment was first class although the bar service was very poor in the theatre but the shows were really good .The food in both the restaurant and buffet restaurant was faultless but the restaurant wine service could have been a lot better with the food waiter having to cover when the wine water had disappeared..The evening chic nights are not nearly as good as the the formal nights we have had on previous cruises as we feel that dressing up is part of a luxury cruise but have to move with the times. We have holidayed on royal Caribbean and celebrity X and would consider both again .
