First the good parts:
The My Time dining was great. If they couldn't seat us right away we were given a pager and could go wait in the bar. Just like in a shore based restaurant. This was so pleasant after the foolishness we've experience with Royal Caribbean. The food and service were great.

Pros: condition of the ship, itinerary , food, room steward, nice shower.
Cons: We have sailed over thirty times, 7 or 8 on Celebrity.
The first issue is that they just may have the WORST website on the planet. Very difficult to navigate and print materials. After many calls and complaints we were always told a NEW website was coming. A year later and nothing has changed. Celebrity has a ...

This ship was not up to Celebrity's standards. Very disappointed in many things.
Ship needs updating. Drapes in our cabin were torn in several places as was the bed skirt. Carpet in hall had a large slit in it. Chairs in library were very dirty looking. Color scheme was depressing.

the vat taxes did not see that one coming who has time to get your refund at the airport
prices in the shops was so over priced I could not afford to buy anything

We decided to arrive a day and a half before the cruise. We are three 59 year olds, one with mobility issues and a 83 year old who walks a little slow and needs help with luggage, etc. AMS is an easy airport to transfer but it is trickier if you are exiting here. .........the high speed internet advertised was poor thru most of the 12 days.
Emails were alright, however downloading pictures poor. An example downloaded 10 pictures to Facebook took 6 hours ( I had unlimited internet as a perk) however cancelled it after third day it was so slow or hard to get on and replaced it with another perk.
