Pros: condition of the ship, itinerary , food, room steward, nice shower.

Cons: We have sailed over thirty times, 7 or 8 on Celebrity.

The first issue is that they just may have the WORST website on the planet. Very difficult to navigate and print materials. After many calls and complaints we were always told a NEW website was coming. A year later and nothing has changed. Celebrity has a terrible customer response time and most often does not return your call or e-mail. Bar service was abysmal. Frequently no waiter was in the bar and we had to go to the bar and order and deliver our drinks, BUT, we were still charged the 18% gratuity charge for self service. Read more
