"We even had a few instances where upon entering the buffet, a line was forming to the right, a senior staff member directed us to the left to a section of the buffet that was closed?!?!Might give Royal Caribbean another shot, but this cruise really left us questioning why would we return?..."Read More

8 day cruise from Port Canaveral to southern Caribbean. Port Canaveral Terminal 5 was one of the easiest luggage drop off and park your car experiences we have ever had. We arrived by 11 and the parking garage was filling up. Easy walk to the terminal and easy check in. We were looking forward to this ship as we had been on this class previous (Explorer) and very much enjoyed it. Upon entering the ...

We chose this cruise for it's itinerary. The days at sea combined with Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire was very appealing. We had not been on Royal Caribbean in quite a few years and wanted to give it another try. We were satisfied with the cruise but nothing was so good that we would plan on returning to Royal Caribbean. The ship felt so small. The public spaces were always crowded and we had ...

Adventure of the Seas – Great Cruise, Average Service

Review is from a Diamond Plus Member, staying in a Junior Suite and did not eat in the main Dining Room – used Windjammer, Promenade Café and Room Service. Tip: If you are going to book a Junior Suite – must consider 1102 or 1104 – as are all new cabins after January dry dock placed on the 11th floor (right next to fitness center) and only 6 cabins in area so completely quiet and larger than ...

We booked a two weeks cruise. The first week was OK, but the second week was a hugh disappointment as the exactly same menus had been offered as during the previous week, as well as the shows in the Lyric theatre, also many activities such as 'sexiest man alive' etc. The food in the main restaurant was just OK as long as you did stick to 'American way cooking'. Whenever you choose a French or ...

Good: Crew very friendly Cabin attendant was very nice and freshened our cabin each time after we left Tried Giovanni's one night. It was good but not great. We had an excellent server Freddy. I don't think I would go again. I don't see the value Ship was always clean Balcony cabin was large enough, but balcony was weird due to having metal on both sides. I felt closed in. Mdr ...

Check-in disorganized with limited staff and line for 20 min. (not long but with pouring down rain and no one directing things got messy). RC didn't mention the port construction - inside is being renovated and should be completed at the end of April. Received Seapasses in under 10 minutes. . Our room was not ready until 1:30 - ate lunch in Windjammer. When the room was ready – the toilet was ...

I have many complaints! 1. In this day in age, there should not be smoking in the Casino. It’s not the people playing, but people just smoking instead of going to the smoking area. In general smoking should not be allowed. 2. I had the premium beverage package and it states that Evian water was included, every time I asked, I was told it wasn’t included. I reported this to the head dining ...

Cruise with great itinerary

Chose this cruise primarily for it's itinerary and for it's cost. This was my first time on Royal Caribbean, having cruised previously on Princess and Norwegian. Decided this would be fun and younger crowd, good since I was traveling with a friend on a girls trip and we're in our late 20's. The boat was very disappointing to me. It's an older boat by cruise ship standards and was definitely ...

This particular cruise had port of call that I want it to visit and spend some great time with my 19 years daughter. My friends booked it already and suggested to travel with them, since one of them had B-day. So we did it! -TERMINAL CHECK POINT I asked to give cash or credit card at the “registration” point and the lady said : no, you have to do it on board, at front desk. Very ...

My wife and I went on The Adventure of the Seas to get some warm weather and relaxation during my wife's spring break. We accomplished the relaxation and the Caribbean provide the warmth for a successful trip. It had been several years since our last RCCL cruise. We were disappointed as the amenities and feel the services have deteriorated since our last RCCL cruise. We were on the 6th deck ...
