Ship smelled like cigarettes and pot. The only workers that were nice to us were the person cleaning our cabin and our server. Almost every night there was people dosing off by the pool because they had too much to drink. Deffenetly not family friendly. The Only fun we had was when we got off the ship at Bimini and Nassau. This was my first cruise ever. We had a girls trip with 13 ladies. I was not part of the reservation process so I can't comment on that. My impression of the ship overall is tired. They say it's been "refurbished" but that's not true. We had a balcony cabin on level 11. We have been in other ships through carnival and the experience was amazing. That was not the case this time. Our room was disgusting. We had blood on the walks, bathroom floors, and bed sheets. The room smelled like mold and the floors were wet/ damp due to the moisture. Bathroom smelled horrible- like a litter box that had not been changed. Mold everywhere.

I wanted a short cruise departing from our home town. For two days we had no hot water. My son had no hot water for the entire cruise. Most of the staff had no idea what they were doing.
