Mold in my room

We have been in other ships through carnival and the experience was amazing. That was not the case this time. Our room was disgusting. We had blood on the walks, bathroom floors, and bed sheets. The room smelled like mold and the floors were wet/ damp due to the moisture. Bathroom smelled horrible- like a litter box that had not been changed. Mold everywhere.

We hit rain on day 2- the ship was leaking water the rest of the cruise. We would go and watch a show and seats were moist to wear you butt was wet when you got up. Went to customer service- no resolve. Spoke to multiple supervisors and I was told well at least your cabin isn’t flooded. Shipped smelled like mold, hallways had molded carpet in it. Water was dripping from the ceiling to where you had to watch where you were standing so water did not drip in your drink.

My 19 year old daughter that went with us … did not feel comfortable wearing shorts due to the staff. She was served a drink with alcohol in it and then the staff member stood behind her and stared at her. She felt very uncomfortable. Dining staff was creepy as well. Food was ok- not the greatest it!
