I wanted a short cruise departing from our home town. For two days we had no hot water. My son had no hot water for the entire cruise. Most of the staff had no idea what they were doing. The wait at every bar was very long. Since the imposition of gratuities the staff had no incentive to work faster. The food was mediocre at best. If you asked a staff member for assistance they would nod and go away. Departure and arrival were very mis-managed if managed at all. We have travelled on Royal Caribbean before but this was the worst. The two ports were Key West and Nassau, Bahamas. Both were jammed with passengers from several cruise ships so it was hard to find a place to eat. Nassau is never a good port to visit so some of our group never left the ship. The walk from the ship to the dock in Nassau is very long. There did not appear to be any accommodation for elderly or disabled.

Connecting Balcony

Small balcony. Room was cramped.
