Don't be frightened by this review. If you have already booked, you will not have a bad time on this cruise ship. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. HOWEVER, if you have not already booked, I suggest you consider another ship. The QM2 is aging and due for a re-ft later this year. Not many people I spoke to could access the web site to do the on line check in,before we sailed.
