We chose this cruise because my husband always wanted to go to Alaska. This cruise exceeded expectations in every way. We were just blown away by the beauty of Alaska, and also by the Norwegian Bliss! First, the ship. She is a beauty. We received our upgrade request for a spa balcony so we had access to the Thermal Suite every day. It was great. Our steward was Jay and he was nothing ...

It was our first cruise and for our 30th wedding anniversary. We loved most everything on the cruise. Missing the portion of our cruise into the glacier bay area was disappointing especially with no notice. Although we understand why it was removed from the itinerary. Our room steward was awesome. Room was kept very clean. Food at the restaurants we went too was always hot and fast. Having a ...

This was our second cruise on the NCL Bliss - We Love the ship. We enjoyed everything from meals in the main dining room, to specialty restaurants. Even enjoyed the wonderful choices at the buffet. The ship was clean, well taken care of. The crew assisted us with any questions we had. Our Great room steward took good care of us, left us extra towels. The only hiccup was Entertainment was a ...

The ship was just beautiful but the CREW makes this ship what it is---FABULOUS! The ports were so pretty and we saw a LOT of ice and snow on the mountains. From whale watching and zipline riding, the Mendenhall Glacier, and the Great American Lumberjack Show...we just loved it all. We were in an accessible balcony cabin, 12886, and our room steward was a precious young man. Our room ran hot so he ...

Alaska was a bucket list for me. Finally, after 3 being canceled, I sailed. I’m not crazy about the mega ships, but I watched the Bliss being built. I think I felt a kinship to her. She’s beautiful. The observation lounge is a nice touch with a smaller versions of the buffet on port and starboard sides, and a bar in the front. Good luck getting one of the premium lounge chairs in the front.. ...

I had cruised with Norwegian before, and have always wanted to go to Alaska. I chose a balcony suite and it was perfect. My cabin steward, Mary, was excellent and always welcomed me when I returned from an outing. She provided me with coffee and a menu that I could order coffee delivered in the mornings. My cabin was always clean and tidy, including the balcony. There was always ample ...

I wanted to explore a new destination Alaska and what better way than on a cruise ship especially the Norwegian Bliss which was designed for Alaska Cruises. I've been on several Norwegian Cruises over the years and to me they are very well organized especially with both the embarkation and disembarkation. A lot of people don't understand that the disembarkation process depends a lot on custom but ...

This was our first Cruise, it was great to see Alaska. I would like to say that Jake the cruise director was lots of fun and did a great job in keeping everyone happy and laughing all the time. Being our first cruise I would like to say that the food was fair, went to a few of the show and they were great. Some of the special dinning were fair to middle. The store were lots of fun to shop at. The ...

Awesome Staff!

Every staff person we came across was friendly and very helpful. These people work hard to make our cruise the best possible. We got a card to pick a Hero on the cruise. I couldn't pick just one. They all were heroes. There is so much hard work that goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. I don't think we even saw a small portion of what all these people do for us. ...

Daughter and Son in law took this cruise in July 2019, They loved it. I found the web page and customer service via phone to be outstanding. Easily changed a return flight so as to get back the last day. Wife and I (first time) had a great time. The ship was great. The Staff was excellent. Daryrl was in charge of the room. Talked to a young waitress Christine and found her very Friendly. I ...
