Cabin: Spa Balcony Stateroom
We chose this cruise because my husband always wanted to go to Alaska. This cruise exceeded expectations in every way. We were just blown away by the beauty of Alaska, and also by the Norwegian Bliss!
First, the ship. She is a beauty. We received our upgrade request for a spa balcony so we had access to the Thermal Suite every day. It was great.
Our steward was Jay and he was nothing short of AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for better service from him. Anytime we needed anything he was there with it in just a few seconds. We couldn't believe how fast he was, but he was really only there when we needed him, for the most part he was silently working behind the scenes, which was perfect!

Spa Balcony Stateroom
The Spa balcony rooms (I think) are just like regular balcony rooms that are on the 15th floor and give access to the Thermal Suite. We were very happy with it.
