Cabin: Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

I had cruised with Norwegian before, and have always wanted to go to Alaska. I chose a balcony suite and it was perfect. My cabin steward, Mary, was excellent and always welcomed me when I returned from an outing. She provided me with coffee and a menu that I could order coffee delivered in the mornings. My cabin was always clean and tidy, including the balcony. There was always ample placed to eat and I was never hungry the whole week. The Solo director was fabulous and kept us engaged in our little meetings. She never hesitated to get answers to our questions and she even made dinner reservations for us (a group of 8 -10) on last minute notice. I had purchased a thermal spa pass and it was amazing. I tried all of the spa rooms and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The heated recliners were awesome and I actually fell asleep once and slept 2 hours without realizing it. I had a hard time finding the entertainment, it seemed like the Sun had a show every night, but I didn't see one show on the Bliss. I will defiantly keep using NCL as my cruise line of choice, already booked for May-23

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

The cabin was large and roomy. Plenty of storage for all my clothes, boots and rain gear. The room was on the starboard side an I was able to watch as we docked several times. The bed was next to the balcony and I slept with the door open a few times. The view was breathtaking, and waking up to snow capped mountains was amazing.
