Due to high water levels we started our cruise on the Scenic Ruby from Budapest. We joined the Scenic Crystal in Rudesheim. We we were therefore able to compare the two ships. We chose scenic because it was all inclusive. We found that the little things that make a 5 star was lacking. First, the wifi was horrible. The TV stations options were poor. Scenic definitely over promises and under delivers. On the web site for our cabin class they offer among other things a EUR200 OBC. They offer private transfers in Europe. Our ship was changed from Ruby to Jade - same layout, same design, same cabin. The cabin was spacious enough. Lots of storage.
