We chose this cruise as we wanted to try a more recently built ship. The overall cruise was good. No real show stoppers, but there was some concerns. Embarkation was absolutely perfect. We wanted to try the biggest cruise ship in the world. We'd previously been on The Anthem of the Seas for a New England cruise and loved it. Part of loving that ship, was being upgraded on the first full day via a bingo win to one of the Sky Loft Suites. Amazing. Alas, I am reviewing Harmony.

This is a fairly new ship, & since we were travelling with 1st time cruisers, I wanted that for them. The ship dwarfs all others in port. I am a RC Diamond member for a number of years now so I tend to keep my business with this line due to the perks (which are dwindling) that go with it. My 2nd time on this particular ship
The Harmony, launched just 3.5 years ago, is a great ship. Huge. Almost too many choices in dining and fun. It mostly did not feel very crowded except perhaps the first sea day.

Great ship that never really felt crowded and has plenty to do. We brought our two teenage boys. Staff was very friendly and the food was slightly above average. Not as good as an Celebrity Cruise but equal to Norwegian.
Cabin - we had a 14th floor balcony. I felt the balcony was nice but not worth much since we rarely used it. Clean and well laid out.

We came all the way from New Zealand to come on harmony of the seas. We were not disappointed. Ship is just amazing. We personally did not find it crowded. Staff were fantastic except 1 man at guest services. Besides that really could not fault anything. We had inside cabin as doing Alaskan cruise 2 weeks later. Saved balcony for that one. I went on this cruise because my brother was getting married on this ship. It was mostly enjoyable. Embarkation was very easy. Did the online pre check it. Did not have to wait in line much. Keys were in the room waiting. All rooms are ready at 1pm. Great ship, wonderful staff, but MUCH too crowded! It was FULL capacity! The pools were so crowded most were unable to swim, standing room only!
