We chose Norwegian because this was a family trip and we had sailed on Norwegian several times before. We have also cruised on other lines such as Celebrity, Windstar, Holland America, Regent and AMA. Hubby heard it was good so we tried it. I really hated it but he made peace with it since it was his idea. Almost impossible to get a drink within 15 minutes. Had to wait over 1/2 hour at poolbar. This was planned well in advance with 4 couples and 2 adult children. This is our 11th cruise and this one would rate only about 3.5 stars to us. BE WARNED the stage show Priscilla is R rated and it ties up the main theater for several nights of th cruise. I’m not a prude but the ship’s write up did not warn it was r rated. Disembarkation at Port Canaveral was a disaster.
Full cruise package for Internet was a rip-off. Frequently simple news pages would not load at all.
Availability of information before and during was poor. There was almost no description of shows. Instructions of how to use amenities was sparse of totally non-existent.
