So for our Honeymoon we decided to splurge on a suite and decided to cruise with Norwegian because of the Haven suites. We got a spa suite and the room was very nice. having a full king bed was way better than two twins squeezed together. We have sailed many cruise lines and this is a one and done for us.
Customer service is poor to non existent. Never heard a staff member ever say anything gratuitis. They never greet you nor do they say thank you, have a great day....nothing. Even when they screw up, they dont apologize, they just look at you and insinuate its you problem not theirs.
