NCL must FIX THIS. It is not wise to begin a cruise with chaos, inefficiency and overcrowding. NCL has the opportunity to create a positive first impression ONCE; and on this cruise, it failed. Second time I cruised with Norwegian. My only three "real" complaints are : 1. the public rooms are very COLD. The Library felt like a meat locker. I think the cause is the staff is so "fully dressed." 2. Enjoyed this cruise, but there were some negatives which NCL need to take onboard.
Embarkation - we stayed overnight with NCL and got an organised bus to the terminal, which allowed us to skip the long lines outside. Inside was still a trial. NCL have outsourced to Intercruise, who don't appear to be geared-up to handle the known number of passengers.

We only cruise with Norwegian, very casual friendly atmosphere. No strict schedules to go by! I cruised with my dad, stepmom, and a friend of mine. We just got off the Dawn today. We were in cabin 10706 balcony cabin. It was a great room. Comfortable close to the aft elevators and very quiet. A lot of people said the crew was very unfriendly. This was a last minute booking--about a month before the cruise. The fare dropped to $699 (this is not a type) for a balcony cabin!
