I don't understand why this ship gets such bad reviews. It's definitely different than other NCL ships, but that isn't a bad thing. The amount of outdoor space is wonderful, and I do think that helps to spread people out as long as the weather is nice. My wife and I enjoyed our 11 day NCL cruise on the Jade very much. The food was excellent as was the entertainment. After reading other reviews I was very nervous and now that we have returned I am happy to report the ship is wonderful. Rooms are spacious. Embarking and disembarking were both super easy.
