Seashore is very dirty, full of soot/ tar. We have videos and we like that people can see this. MSC is pretending that the Seashore is a very clean ship, it’s not and we can prove that. We are not the only ones with complains!
We still do get money from MSC, we have still got money on the account, but MSC is not paying automatically paying back our own money. It’s for 9 weeks ago we did ask our ...
We embarked on 27th October 23 in Marseille. On arriving at 11am at port we were surprised to find the ship wasn't there, our booking only showed sailing at 6pm so a little surprised, however it arrived at 12pm and we checked in Yacht Club desk shortly after and were on board at 1.30pm in time for lunch. Only as we decided not to wait for a butler incase we missed out. This was our 5th Yacht Club ...
We chose this cruise because of the price; the adage you get what you pay for was very true. I have been on over 50 cruises on 8 different cruise lines and found that this cruise was the bottom of the barrel.I may be jaded but the entertainment, dining experience, attitude of the suits(upper command),and all around demeanor of the crew was terrible. On a very positive note the cabin steward as ...
Ok, So this was my 1st time cruising on a MSC ship. Since I am handicapped, I tend to stick withe the known. But I decided to try something new.
1st: The Boat - The boat was very nice, almost to the point of being beautiful. Much better than some other lines
The elevators: functioned well, BUT the doors close way too fast. If you are in a wheelchair, by the time you ...
Loved the ship , staff were excellent , shows to an exceptional standard, with good variety .
Very clean everywhere , lots going on if you want it . Had a fab holiday and would recommend .
We couldn’t get a balcony cabin and had an inside one, it was spacious but didn’t like not having daylight . Wardrobes are small and no drawers except two small in the wardrobe itself. Bed very ...
Just got back from an amazing two weeks. Yes the ship has a lot of people on board but everything was well organised. Embarkation was easy & on the ship drinks cocktails by 11am. Always got a sunbed (compromise on location sometimes), always got into the theatre, pop up bars & roaming bar staff made getting a drink easy! Yes couldn't always get a seat in chosen bar at peaks times so went to ...
OMG was this ship over packed with people and because of that it was honestly the worst cruise and the worst holiday we've ever been on. The ship itself is lovely with lots of facilities for family and children but the food was awful and there were queues everywhere for everything. Anything that you could buy was super expensive. Eg in the chocolate shop a single tiny Belgium chocolate was £2 ...
Long review, but I have the time in-between trying to drink myself to death on the drinks package. I’ll try to make it as constructive as possible for anyone trapped on board an MSC cruise or who cannot cancel a booking. Re the latter, if you can cancel, do.
Pros:
Cabin stewards and many of the underpaid, overworked wait staff.
The disability accessible cabin was good.
Cons:
MSC is ...
We was very happy to book this tour to the canaries on this beautiful ship. the Design is breathtaking, the Gallery and the shows on it, very nice. we was in the middle of british nursing home for old people, never saw so many electric wheelchairs, with people who also could walk..
The buffet Restaurant is very big and crowed full, the food- well is cooked without salt, the meat very tough. It ...
We chose this cruise because we wished to visit the Canary Islands an Madeira.
Parking at Southampton on arrival was fine.
Cabin was very good and kept clean all the time.
Dining was the big problem the food market was chaotic poor food long queues and sometimes difficult to find a table.
We like a table for 2 but none satisfactory the tables for 2 were rowed with a 2" gap.
The ...
