Just got back from an amazing two weeks. Yes the ship has a lot of people on board but everything was well organised. Embarkation was easy & on the ship drinks cocktails by 11am. Always got a sunbed (compromise on location sometimes), always got into the theatre, pop up bars & roaming bar staff made getting a drink easy! Yes couldn't always get a seat in chosen bar at peaks times so went to another & often watched the sun set. Getting off / on the ship at port was easy with no long queues. Big shout out to all the staff - even learnt our names & with nearly 6,000 passengers that is really impressive - Sheryl & Jummel were fantastic in the restaurant as was Mario in the entertainment team. Slight negative is the unhelpful tone of the customer service staff "computer says no approach" and deck 14 for accomodation is quite noisy. Wouldn't put me off though travelling again on the MSC Virtuosa!

Cabin Review

Room was ok - very clean but a lot of noise so pick your cabin carefully
